Riviera is seeking a Contracts Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing the full contract lifecycle across sales, vendor, and partner agreements. The ideal candidate brings a sense of urgency, sharp organizational skills, and the ability to balance speed with precision. Responsibilities: Manage and maintain the full lifecycle of customer, vendor, and partner contracts. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, amendments, and more). Partner with internal and external stakeholders to address legal and business questions. Ensure contracts accurately reflect business terms while protecting company interests. Create and maintain templates, process documentation, and internal policy guides. Provide contract training, guidance, and support to business teams. Analyze complex provisions, pricing, and terms to ensure compliance and reduce risk. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. You bring: A strong sense of urgency and ability to move quickly while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. A customer-service mindset. You build trust and deliver responsive, solutions-oriented support to internal and external partners. Proven experience managing the full contract lifecycle (from intake and negotiation through execution and renewal). Demonstrated skill in drafting, reviewing, and redlining MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, renewals, and amendments. A proactive, collaborative approach to relationship building across teams and departments. Excellent communication and organizational skills. You know how to prioritize, follow through, and keep things moving. Familiarity with privacy regulations (CCPA, GDPR) and a working understanding of risk management. Experience with Salesforce and DocuSign is highly valued. LL.B. (Bachelor of Laws) required.
