Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Plan, create, and execute social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, etc. Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals. Write engaging captions, hashtags, and social copies. Monitor daily performance, insights, engagement, and growth. Manage paid campaigns (basic to advanced level) for lead generation and brand awareness. Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions professionally. PR & Brand Reputation Management Develop and execute digital PR strategies to enhance brand credibility. Draft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and announcements. Coordinate with media houses, bloggers, influencers, and journalists. Manage online reputation (ORM) and brand sentiment across platforms. Secure brand mentions, features, and collaborations. Handle crisis communication and negative feedback professionally. Reporting & Analytics Track KPIs like reach, engagement, conversions, brand mentions, and PR coverage. Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for clients and management. Optimize strategies based on data and trends.
