Riverwood is looking for a Sales Head to lead and scale plotted development sales in the Sonipat belt. This role owns end-to-end sales execution—site sales, broker management, walk-ins, and closures. You will be the face of Riverwood in Sonipat. Key Responsibilities Own sales for the Sonipat / Kharkhoda region Close plot sales directly from walk-ins, leads, and site visits Build and manage a local broker & channel partner network Handle customer meetings, negotiations, and final closures Coordinate with marketing for lead follow-ups and site conversions Maintain daily sales MIS, pipeline tracking, and booking reports Train and manage site sales executives (if/when deployed) Ensure smooth coordination with CRM, legal, and documentation teams Represent Riverwood professionally at site and broker meetings Who We’re Looking For Must-have 5+ years experience in real estate sales (plots / floors / DDJAY / independent colonies) Strong on-ground exposure in Sonipat / Kundli / Kharkhoda / Panipat belt Proven closing experience (not only channel sales) Existing broker relationships in the region Comfortable handling high-value customer negotiations Good to have Experience managing a small sales team Knowledge of DDJAY projects and Haryana real estate norms Local market intelligence (pricing, objections, buyer psychology)
