Designed to accommodate 600 families, the township is located in the lush green area of Bhojpur Road near the 11th mile on Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal. The project offers three-side open apartments and duplex homes with high-quality specifications, combining luxury and comfort. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal for a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety protocols, and quality standards. They will coordinate with subcontractors, manage resources, supervise workers, and ensure timely project completion. Additionally, the role involves addressing on-site challenges and maintaining a smooth workflow. Qualifications Proven ability to manage and supervise construction sites, work crews, and project timelines effectively Knowledge of construction safety regulations, quality control practices, and resource allocation Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in reading blueprints, project plans, and construction documentation Basic understanding of financial tracking for construction projects Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Experience with construction software and tools is a plus Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred
