About the job: Role Objective: Oversee day-to-day functioning of the Bangalore Experience Centre (BEC), ensuring operational readiness, team supervision, and client hospitality. Key Responsibilities: A. Team Supervision 1. Supervise and ensure Janitor and Office Boy perform duties as assigned 2. Maintain an activity tracker sheet (kept in pantry) to be updated daily by Janitor and Office Boy B. Experience Centre Upkeep 1. Ensure BEC is always in top condition; report and follow up on any snags until resolved 2. Maintain a monthly BEC expense tracker and monitor bills 3. Ensure that Water levels are maintained in tank and order Tanker if the water is not sufficient C. Hospitality & Client Handling 1. Manage hospitality for walk-in clients 2. Handle website calls and delegate leads to Sales/BDE team 3. Be equipped with basic product knowledge to assist random walk-ins in absence of Sales/BDE team 4. Act as the single point of contact for anything related to the Experience Centre D. Payments & Utilities: Ensure timely payment of water/electricity bills, rent, and salaries for Janitor and Office Boy E. Event Coordination 1. Arrange food, goodies, or giveaways for walk-ins/events 2. Arrange concerned vendors/teams for maintenance of RW products, lights, AC, TV, oven, fridge, coffee machine, fish tank, landscaping, plumbing, furniture, civil work, or water motor 3. Maintain a log book for BEC walk-ins and record photos/videos during walkins/events 4. Organize staff events at BEC (festivals, birthdays, HR programmes, team bonding, outings) 5. Arrange for evening snacks for staff 6. Coordinate with architect coordinator for food preferences in case of events 7. Arrange places/bookings for team outings and food for outstation staff visits F. Setup & Coordination 1. Set up presentations before walk-ins 2. Call and reconfirm walk-in appointments G.
