Risk Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate Flagged Cases:

  Analyze users flagged by internal risk engines and external monitoring systems.

• Transaction Analysis:

  Examine complex transaction behavior to detect fraud, account misuse, and compliance red flags.

• Case Resolution:

  Conduct end-to-end investigations and document findings clearly with concrete supporting evidence.

• Regulatory Filings:

  Prepare case summaries, audit reports, and file

  Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs)

  via the

  FIU-IND portal

  .

• Cross-Functional Escalation:

  Coordinate with internal leadership and legal teams on high-risk escalations and case closures.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Experience:

  1.5 to 2 years

  of core experience in transaction monitoring, fraud investigation, or risk compliance.

• Technical & Portal Skills:

  Hands-on experience with the

  FIU-IND portal

  , STR filings, and familiarity with

  DAKSH

  / regulatory reporting platforms.

• Domain Knowledge:

  Strong understanding of

  AML (Anti-Money Laundering)

  , risk management, and regulatory compliance frameworks.

• Language Skills:

  Fluent in

  English

  and

  Hindi

  (written and verbal).

• Analytical Mindset:

  Excellent investigative abilities with strict confidentiality handling sensitive data.

• Availability:

  Immediate Joiners ONLY

Nice to Have

• Experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, or regulated financial services.
• Direct exposure to regulatory audits or handling law enforcement requests.
