Don’t rely on them. I don’t know why FedEx has appointed such a worst company as their CHA. They don’t care about your consignment and are also not responsive at all. They won’t pick up your call nor reply properly to your emails. Unprofessional company.

Pathetic do not work with them. They will take clearance charges and not do any work. Will ask you to visit customs and do all work for courier shipments.

Supporting all 1 star reviewers, I had same issue regarding GST claim after clearance, and No response at all. As per me Fedex is also responsible for this, as they are saying for clearance this is only agency they are working with. I thought scam of both to get all IGST credit.

They make customer fool by providing huge amount of invoice during custom clearance. Their phones are not reachable and also employees are very arrogant. DHL and UPS is best. FedEx is just fooling business
