There are no any sense that how to deal with their clients, pathetic services , poor mgmt., poor knowledge of Import, even they don't know how to talk with clients, poor employee knowledge, they don't have proper communication skill, voice tone are so rude of their employees....

The clearing agent will say he will call back and he won't. Then he'll block calls. Terrible service. I don't know why FedEx uses them.
