Terrible company. doesnt respond at all. ALl their landline nos are not live or valid and they refuse to share right person or mobile no. my shipment through FedEx is not cleared by them for 15 days now and they do not have any answers …

Worst clearing agency hired by a global company like Fedex. They do not respond to emails nor to calls. Surprised fedex works with such cheap company where there is no professionalism. Please avoid Fedex if you have any shipment which needs clearance from customs

Not even 1 Star for this company, Worst service providers, no respect towards customer, unprofessional behavior. Never choose them as your service agent. No support at all.

Awful! Absolutely awful service. The phone number doesn’t work and they won’t respond to my emails. I’ve been waiting for my package for 20 days with no response.

Pathetic service, one month and we still neither get material no one to contact over phone, if your material goes to Sun Impex, you can relax for a month as they don't care, worst services
