About Us Rising Star Khilte Chehre (RSKC) is a registered NGO dedicated to empowering the visually impaired community through inclusive travel experiences, skill development, and social participation. We believe “Support is a Duty, not a Donation.” Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate professional to lead our fundraising and donor outreach initiatives. The role involves connecting with individuals, corporates, and CSR departments to generate donations and partnerships that sustain and expand our impact. Core Responsibilities Initiate donor campaigns, events, and relevant meetings. Develop and execute annual fundraising and CSR strategies. Identify and secure CSR, HNI, corporate, and institutional funding. Build and maintain long-term donor and partner relationships. Create proposals, MoUs, budgets, and presentations aligned with donor priorities. Lead donor engagement, reporting, and impact communication. Map CSR trends and funding opportunities; ensure compliance with CSR guidelines. Represent the organization at CSR forums, events, and award platforms. Proactively strengthen NGO's brand visibility through meaningful campaigns, collaborations and advocacy. Maintain CRM/database of donor leads, track progress, and report weekly. Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with NGO events and initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree (MBA or equivalent in Marketing/Development Studies preferred). 1–4 years of experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development (NGO experience preferred). Proven record of closing high-value partnerships and grants. Strong grasp of CSR landscape, sustainability frameworks, and donor reporting norms. Excellent written and verbal communication in English & Hindi. Strong networking, presentation, and follow-up skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and empathetic toward social causes. Must be Delhi/NCR-based and available to work on-site Skills & Attributes Excellent communication, storytelling, and proposal writing. Relationship management, networking, and negotiation skills. Target-driven, strategic, and outcome-oriented mindset. Integrity, teamwork, and alignment with social-impact values. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), etc. Existing relationships with HNIs, CSR teams, and donor networks will be a strong advantage and preference.
