Job Locations - West Pune Opportunity: Positions Available: 10 Role Description: This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Real Estate Sales Manager. The Real Estate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting with clients to understand their requirements, and coordinating with project development teams to ensure smooth project execution. The role also includes conducting market research, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Deal Closure -Lead the Closing Process: Personally manage and execute the final stages of the sales process to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. -Negotiation: Conduct high-stakes negotiations with prospective buyers to finalize terms, pricing, and payment schedules for properties. -Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the closing phase, providing expert guidance, answering complex queries, and building lasting trust. -Site Visits & Presentations: Coordinate and conduct professional site visits, providing compelling project and surrounding area presentations to prospective buyers. -Conversion: Focus intensively on improving the lead-to-closure conversion ratio through effective strategies and persuasive communication. Team Management & Strategy: -Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective closing strategies tailored to the Plotting, Residential, and Commercial segments. -Team Leadership: Guide, motivate, and mentor the closing team (if applicable) or junior sales personnel to enhance their closing skills and performance. -Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on sales figures, closing metrics, and market trends to senior management. Key Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ Years of proven experience in Real Estate sales, with a strong focus on the closing stage of the sales cycle. Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Plotting, Residential, and Commercial real estate markets in West Pune. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (preferred, especially in Business, Real Estate, or a related field). Skills: Exceptional Negotiation & Closing Skills, Strong Communication (verbal and written), Problem-Solving, Organizational Skills, and high Attention to Detail regarding documentation. Other: A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
