Role Overview: We are seeking a Production & QC Manager who can take complete ownership of day-to-day production and quality control on the shop floor. This is a hands-on role suited for someone who values discipline, process consistency, and steady improvement. Key Responsibilities •Plan, schedule, and monitor daily production activities to meet targets •Ensure optimal utilisation of manpower, raw materials, and machinery •Maintain production and quality records; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports •Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with defined standards andspecifications •Identify gaps and suggest improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency •Coordinate with management for timely servicing and maintenance of machinery andequipment •Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations •Support implementation of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvementinitiatives •Lead supervisors, technicians, and workers. Set daily goals, motivate the team, andfoster a positive work environment.
