Qualifications & Work Experience Education: bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field Overall work experience of 12 years with at least 5 years of hands-on experience of implementing ServiceNow products and solutions along with team handling experience Skills & Competencies Professionals with shorter notice (immediate to 60 days) are preferred Experience working in Demand Management, Incident, Problem, Change, Survey, Knowledge and Cloud Management Experience with Web Service Integrations (SOAP / RESTful) in ServiceNow. Experience in Service Catalog development and Workflows. Experience with CMDB/CSM/FSO preferred. Expertise with Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Scripts, UI Pages, UI Macros, UI Policies, etc. Experience with JavaScript, HTML and ServiceNow Glide APIs. Must have experience with building Custom Applications in ServiceNow. Prepare and execute test cases (unit and system testing) and work with the team to further build up the automated test suite. ServiceNow Product and Implementation knowledge - CIS Certification in one or more of the following – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, IRM Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code requires expertise to achieve. Troubleshoot technical issues through all phases of SDLC. Code reviews and quality control checks should be undertaken as part of every project to guarantee maximum efficiency and productivity. Documenting code and application functionality Other Technical Skills (Good to have) Identity and Access Management: OAuth, OpenID-Connect, SAML, SSO UI Development Experience: Angular/AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, Web Components Distributed Computing considerations such as message queues, publish and subscribe computing models. Operational aspects such as Reporting, Monitoring, Logging, Troubleshooting Proficiency with ServiceNow development, such as scripting, workflows, and integrations Agile development practices (e.g. SAFE, Scrum) Personal & soft Skills Good oral & written communication skills Good vocabulary and comprehension skills Active participation in team meetings Professionalism & work ethic: respect for time and deadlines.
