An electronic manufacturing company in Pune is looking for a candidate for a position of the Technical support manager. The successful candidate should have a technical education background and working experience with electronics and especially with security and fire alarm systems. The job will involve provision of technical support and assistance with installationa ans setup of home security equipment as well as communicating with manufacturers and suppliers of electronic components and parts. General requirements: Higher technical education Fluent English Good computer user skills, basic proficiency in Excel, Word, and Google Docs Understanding of IT networks, including servers, ports, IPs, etc. Ability to use a soldering iron and perform minor fixing or repair of electonic equipment Ability identify various electronic components and their uses Ability to calculate basic electrical circuit parameters such as current, resistance, voltage, etc. Proficiency in using a multimeter Ability to communicate politely with users and customers regarding technical issues related to our products.
