Civil Engineer – Job Description (Rianshi Developers) The ideal candidate will support our real estate development projects by preparing accurate drawings, understanding building design requirements, and coordinating with the site team. The candidate should be strong in AutoCAD and able to interpret architectural/structural drawings effectively. Skilled freshers are welcome. Responsibilities Prepare site plans, building layouts, and technical drawings using AutoCAD. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers to finalize designs. Read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings accurately. Assist in checking site work against drawings and highlight discrepancies. Provide drawing clarifications, revisions, and documentation as required. Support site supervision activities when needed. Qualifications Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering. 0–2 years experience (Skilled freshers with strong AutoCAD skills are encouraged). Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D essential). Basic knowledge of structural and building design . Ability to read and interpret drawings accurately. Good communication and organizational skills.
