Job description QA/Support Engineer (Fresher) will focus on assisting in testing, writing test cases, validating fixes, understanding support issues, replicating issues in internal test environments, and resolving issues of software applications, typically under the guidance of senior team members. They'll also learn to set up automated testing scenarios. Key Responsibilities: Testing: Assisting with testing software and identifying bugs. Documentation: Contributing to application documentation, application test cases and keeping it up-to-date. Collaboration: Working with senior team members to complete projects. Problem Solving: Troubleshooting and resolving advanced technical issues under the guidance of senior team members. Continuous Learning: Staying up-to-date with new technologies and testing methodologies. Learning and becoming proficient in using various debugging tools used by the QA team. Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technical Skills: Basic skills in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#), understanding of data structures and algorithms. Soft Skills: Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
