About the Role We are seeking a competent and dependable Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Managing Partner. This role demands excellent organizational and communication skills, high discretion, and the ability to anticipate needs and manage multiple priorities with agility and confidence. You will work closely with senior leadership and play a pivotal role in streamlining executive functioning, managing administrative operations, and driving key projects. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Support to the Managing Partner Manage a complex and dynamic calendar, travel (domestic and international), meetings, and confidential correspondence. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring timely and professional responses. Track and manage expenses, reimbursements, and operational budgets related to the Managing Partner’s office. Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality, judgment, and professionalism. Own end-to-end coordination and follow-through of delegated tasks, ensuring timely completion and accountability. Plan and coordinate key events—on-site and off-shore annually with the full team, and biannually with the leadership team and esteemed investors—ensuring seamless on-site execution and attention to detail. Serve as the execution arm of the Managing Partner across a wide range of strategic and operational priorities. Maintain a structured and efficient system for follow-ups, tracking deadlines, and managing reminders related to meetings, investments, and appointments Candidate Profile Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred. 10–12 years of experience supporting senior leadership, ideally in financial services, private equity, venture capital, or investment management (preferred but not mandatory). Key Attributes Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships. Resourceful, proactive, and capable of managing complex responsibilities independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Comfort with mid-level financial and business concepts. Travel will be required between offices.
