Job Description

. Revit Modeler (BIM Modeler) Develop 3D models using Autodesk Revit. Create parametric families, components, and templates. Work closely with architects, engineers, and designers. Ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards. Maintain BIM model accuracy and resolve design conflicts. Revit Architect (BIM Architect) Design architectural plans and details using Revit. Develop construction documentation and coordination drawings. Collaborate with structural and MEP engineers. Manage BIM models for architectural projects. Implement and follow BIM standards and protocols. . Revit Structural Engineer Develop structural models and detailing in Revit. Coordinate with architects and MEP engineers. Perform clash detection and resolve issues. Generate construction drawings, schedules, and reports. Analyze structural elements using Revit and integrated tools. Revit MEP Engineer (BIM MEP Coordinator) Create 3D models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Ensure proper coordination between different disciplines. Perform clash detection and resolve design issues. Generate MEP drawings, schedules, and material lists. Work with project teams to ensure compliance with standards. BIM Coordinator Manage BIM workflows and model integration across disciplines. Ensure proper collaboration between architects, engineers, and contractors. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks or similar tools. Maintain Revit templates and family libraries.
