• Demand Forecasting: Forecast student enrollment trends and corporate training batch demands based on historical batch data, hiring seasonalities, and market employment signals.
• Pipeline Management: Track and optimize lead conversion pipelines from initial inquiry to paid enrollment or corporate contract closure.

• Seat Utilization Rate: Maximize seat/batch utilization across digital learning platforms and physical training centers to reduce empty seat perishability.
• Batch Scheduling & Mix: Optimize the portfolio mix of high-margin corporate upskilling programs against high-volume entry-level skill programs.
• Drop-out Mitigation Impact: Collaborate with the operations team to evaluate the financial leakage of student drop-outs and implement recovery strategies.

• Course Fee Architecture: Design dynamic pricing structures, discount matrices, early-bird incentives, and flexible EMIs for B2C student batches.
• B2B Rate Monetization: Create structured rate cards and negotiation bounds for sales teams pitches to large corporate clients and universities.
• Competitor Benchmarking: Monitor the market pricing, course durations, and value additions of competing EdTech and skill councils to maintain an aggressive market position.

• Affiliate & Partner Performance: Manage commission setups, payouts, and revenue metrics across third-party educational aggregators, online portals, and field mobilization networks.
• Direct vs. Indirect Mix: Increase direct, lower-cost website organic signups compared to costly paid performance channels or agency conversions.

• Marketing Alignment: Partner with digital marketing teams to design targeted discount promotions and flash campaigns for slow-moving or niche vocational courses.
• Government Allocation Invoicing: Work with operations to ensure fast tracking of payout milestones for central or state-funded skill development schemes.
