As a Society Onboarding Manager at Trybehood, you will play a crucial role in bringing residential communities into our fast-growing community ecosystem. Your understanding of property management and society operations will be instrumental in ensuring smooth onboarding processes and effective RWA coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Take full ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new societies joining Trybehood - Collaborate with RWAs, facility managers, and security teams to facilitate seamless handover - Conduct product demos, explain features, and provide necessary support during the onboarding phase - Maintain accurate documentation and track progress of onboarding activities - Coordinate with internal operations and tech teams to ensure community activation - Drive adoption of Trybehood within societies and address queries during the onboarding phase - Collect feedback and insights from societies to enhance processes and boost engagement levels Requirements: - Prior experience in Property Management within Gated Communities or a society management platform is mandatory - Strong grasp of society operations, resident communication, and gate management systems - Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships - Willingness to engage in field work across Bengaluru - Self-driven, well-organized, and confident in meeting targets To apply for this position, please send your CV to help@retrocart.in or directly message the hiring manager.,
