WE ARE HIRING – RETENTION SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Company: Shrinithi Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd.
Department: Motor Insurance Renewal & Retention
Location: Chennai

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow up with existing customers for motor insurance renewals.
  • Contact customers whose renewals are pending or lost.
  • Follow up on quotations shared and identify reasons for non-conversion.
  • Coordinate with quotation and operations teams to close pending cases.
  • Support customers with renewal queries and payment follow-ups.
  • Maintain daily renewal trackers and customer follow-up records.
  • Improve customer retention and renewal conversion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Good Tamil communication and basic English.
  • Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer and Excel knowledge.
  • Insurance or telecalling experience preferred.
  • Freshers with good communication skills may apply.

Salary: Fixed salary + performance incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
