Retail/Warehouse Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee end-to-end daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing,and dispatch

● Ensure strict adherence to dispatch SLAs across all e-commerce channels (website, marketplaces,B2C)

● Manage integration and daily workflows within the Warehouse Management System (WMS)and ERP software

● Optimize storage layout utilization, packaging costs, and control over operational and dispatchexpenses.

● Analyze sales trends, seasonality, and promotional campaigns to forecast inventoryrequirements.

● Conduct regular stock audits, physical counts, and cycle counts

● Establish and enforce strict incoming QC guidelines for Incoming and outgoing order inspections

● Investigate customer delivery complaints (wrong item shipped, damaged products, missingitems)

● Corrective actions to minimize return rates and reduce order processing errors

● Lead, train, and mentor warehouse support, packers, pickers, and helper teams

● Define KPIs for staff and evaluate individual and team performance regularly

● Coordinate with suppliers and inbound logistics for scheduled shipments and delivery tracking

Pay: Up to ₹58,000.00 per month
