Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver retail training programs for sales associates, focusing on product knowledge, customer service, and soft skills.
Conduct process training sessions to ensure employees understand company policies and procedures.
Develop presentation materials and visual aids to support training initiatives.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to improve overall store operations.

Job Requirements :

1-3 years of experience in retail or related field with a focus on training or development.
Strong communication skills with ability to present complex information effectively.
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset.
Proven track record of improving employee performance through coaching and mentoring.
