Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our cake shop team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in customer service, shop operations, and also support in promoting our products through simple marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
Take customer orders accurately (in-store / phone / online).
Provide product knowledge and recommendations when required.
Assist in packing cakes, pastries, and other products neatly.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop.
Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
Support cake display arrangements and shop presentation.
Assist with stock handling, labeling, and storage.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Contribute to marketing activities:
Share product photos/videos for social media promotions.
Assist in executing local marketing ideas (flyers, posters, in-shop offers).
Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,043.78 - ₹12,500.00 per month
