Retail Team Member

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-friendly individuals to join our cake shop team. As a Team Member, you will play a key role in customer service, shop operations, and also support in promoting our products through simple marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
• Take customer orders accurately (in-store / phone / online).
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations when required.
• Assist in packing cakes, pastries, and other products neatly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the shop.
• Manage billing and handle cash/card transactions responsibly.
• Support cake display arrangements and shop presentation.
• Assist with stock handling, labeling, and storage.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Contribute to marketing activities:
• Share product photos/videos for social media promotions.
• Assist in executing local marketing ideas (flyers, posters, in-shop offers).
• Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,043.78 - ₹12,500.00 per month
