Retail Sales Manager (Jewellery)

As a Sales Manager in the Jewellery Retail industry, your primary responsibilities will include presenting products and detailed information to customers, assigning sales workers to duties, and achieving personal and team sales targets. You will be expected to provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers, as well as monitoring sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and quality goods. Additionally, you will be responsible for assigning employees to specific duties, supervising sales and inventory processes, and guiding staff on handling difficult sales situations. To qualify for this role, you should hold a degree and have a minimum of 8-15 years of previous retail sales experience, preferably at a supervisory or managerial level. Experience in fashion, luxury retail, or jewellery is highly preferred, along with strong communication skills. This position is a full-time role based in various branches including Coimbatore, Nagercoil, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, Tuticorin, Sivakasi, Theni, Aruppukottai, Cumbum, and Palani.
