Responsibilities : Select , Recruit And Supervise Insurance Consultants / Point Of Sales Person / ARPs In All Areas Of The Business Coordinate Orientation Of New Staffs And Ongoing Trainings. Development Of Team By Ensuring Process Services. *Qualification And Skills : Bachelor's Degree Or Equivalent.
