Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Retail Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities. This role is ideal for someone starting their career, with strong Excel skills and an interest in inventory management and retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and tracking inventory across stores and warehouse
• Maintain accurate stock records and support stock reconciliation
• Handle inward and outward stock movement, including basic GRN and dispatch tracking
• Prepare MIS reports using Excel (daily, weekly, monthly)
• Coordinate with store teams for stock updates and replenishment
• Monitor stock levels and highlight discrepancies
• Support demand planning and inventory forecasting activities
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational processes
• Assist in improving day-to-day operational efficiency

Requirements

• Fresher or up to 1 year of experience in retail operations / inventory (preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)
• Basic understanding or interest in inventory management
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in retail domain is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to excel
• Basic knowledge of retail or supply chain processes
• Experience in apparel or fashion retail industry (added advantage)

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
