Role & responsibilities

Investigate product shortages and stock discrepancies across retail stores.
Monitor and review CCTV footage to identify suspicious activities.
Conduct surprise store audits and physical stock verification.
Identify theft, pilferage, billing irregularities and employee negligence.
Investigate missing products and identify the root cause of stock losses.
Coordinate with store managers and audit teams to resolve discrepancies.
Prepare investigation reports with supporting evidence.
Implement corrective measures to prevent recurring stock losses.
Monitor inventory movement, inward and outward transactions.
