SOMA – The Ayurvedic Kitchen

Location: Maharishi Ayurveda Hospital, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.

- Maintain excellent guest experience and handle guest feedback.

- Supervise, train and manage restaurant staff.

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

- Monitor billing, inventory, stock and operational expenses.

- Coordinate with the Executive Chef for smooth kitchen and service operations.

- Maintain hygiene, grooming and hospitality standards.

- Promote SOMA's Ayurvedic and Sattvic dining concept.

- Coordinate events, promotions and guest engagement activities.

- Prepare daily sales and operational reports.

Requirements:

- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.

- 3–5 years of restaurant management experience.

- Good communication and leadership skills.

- Knowledge of POS, inventory and restaurant operations.

- Strong focus on guest satisfaction and business growth

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
