Restaurant Manager – Leading QSR Brand

We are looking for experienced, energetic, and result-oriented Restaurant Managers to lead operations at well-established Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient functioning.
• Lead, motivate, train, and develop restaurant teams to achieve business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high guest satisfaction standards.
• Monitor restaurant performance, including sales, food costs, inventory, and key operational KPIs.
• Maintain strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, quality, and operational standards.
• Drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and achieve assigned targets.
• Address customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of shift handling experience in restaurant operations, preferably within QSR, hospitality, food retail, or a similar industry.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales performance, food costs, inventory management, and operational KPIs.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
