Absolutely unacceptable! My loan was closed in May 2024, yet my credit score is now showing a missed payment for January 2025—how is that even possible? This is a serious error that shouldn’t happen. Totally unreliable system. I strongly advise against using this service.

Fake app, charges late payment fines even after making advance payment, and has a huge impact on civil score. Please don't take it.

App does not work on Android devices. Collection team behaviour is very sick. They use unethical methods which are against RBI rules. Not recommended.

Totally worst app I have taken loan from them via Zype loan app and i have paid pervious 4 EMIs on time now only 5 EMIs are left and my financial situation is very bad and I am into bad Debts trap and i have mailed the support and Portal …
