The candidate based in Hyderabad will be responsible for business from key corporate hospitals in assigned territory across Pune and Maharashtra. You will be responsible for sales of Medical Devices in the field of neonatology, critical care, respiratory care & anesthesia. Your primary tasks will include establishing and maintaining close relationships with doctors, paramedical staff, and the Purchase Department to develop business opportunities for the company. It will be essential for you to set sales and marketing goals, actively monitor progress, and report regularly. Your role will also involve ensuring profitable operations of the company in a competitive environment, providing technical and educational information to paramedical staff, as well as introducing and launching new products. The ideal candidate for this position should have 2 to 5 years of experience in selling medical devices or pharmaceutical products. Preferably, you should have experience in Institutional Sales or Direct sales, particularly in the Surgical or Medical Devices Industry with a focus on specialty products. A proven track record in sales is highly desirable. Key competencies required for this role include strong communication and selling skills, dedication to the job, effective planning and execution abilities, problem-solving skills, commitment to excellence, technical sales proficiency, and analytical thinking.
