Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Business Development Consultant with a strong understanding of AI technologies and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling technology-driven services, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a deep interest in AI innovation. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate new business opportunities across global markets for AI consulting, generative AI, and custom LLM solutions. Understand client business needs and articulate how Resourcifi.ai’s AI solutions can address their challenges and drive value. Conduct discovery calls, deliver impactful presentations, and demo AI capabilities to C-level stakeholders. Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and inbound leads. Collaborate with technical teams to draft customized proposals, solution overviews, and proof of concepts (POCs). Stay updated on AI trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics to position our services effectively. Meet and exceed sales targets through consultative and strategic selling approaches. Requirements: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement in the IT/tech industry (AI/ML preferred). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate complex solutions into business benefits. Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools. Passion for emerging technologies and a strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, and automation concepts. Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup-like environment. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in or selling AI services, automation, or digital transformation solutions.
