Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Resource Management professional with a strong background in resource planning and management. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, enabling them to effectively manage resources, engage with stakeholders, and ensure optimal utilization of personnel. This role is critical in supporting project delivery and maintaining a balanced resource allocation across various projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement resource management strategies to optimize resource allocation and utilization.
• Conduct regular analysis of resource availability and project requirements to ensure alignment.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand project needs and communicate resource capabilities effectively.
• Manage bench resources, ensuring that they are effectively utilized and engaged in productive activities.
• Monitor and report on resource performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
• Facilitate resource planning meetings and maintain accurate resource planning documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers to forecast resource needs and address any potential gaps.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new resources as needed.

Mandatory Skills

• Proven experience in resource planning and management.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with project management tools and software.
• Experience in a similar role within a consulting or IT services environment.
• Knowledge of workforce management best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in resource management or a related field.
• Certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
