Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Image Editor (Lightroom) located in Gurugram. You will be responsible for image editing, colour correction, photo retouching, and providing creative direction. Day-to-day tasks include enhancing photos, ensuring high-quality visual content, and collaborating with the photography and graphics teams to produce professional e-commerce images. Key Responsibilities: Retouch high-volume images including skin, product, fashion, and lifestyle photography to the highest industry standards. Maintain consistent visual quality across all retouched images, aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with AI Image Generation Artists to understand the creative vision and retouching requirements for each project. Manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines. Perform advanced image manipulations including compositing, color correction, masking, and perspective adjustments. Organize and archive retouched files and maintain version control. Provide quality control and guidance to junior retouchers or freelancers. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to improve workflow and output. Requirements: 5+ years of professional retouching experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, or product photography. Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and retouching plugins is a plus. Strong understanding of color theory, lighting, and composition. Meticulous attention to detail and a refined visual aesthetic. Experience with high-volume image retouching and file management systems. Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide creative solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
