It's a new generation toilet provided from government. U can pay and use the toilet. It's always in a good condition clean & smelly.

Never buy a single inch space from SHRACHI GROUP.. VERY VERY VERY POOR QUALITY CONSTRUCTION EVERYWHERE SEEPAGE Maintenance Charges are their bread and butter

We have a office premises which is regularly upkept by the management. However the lift timings beyond 730pm is an issue which needs to be looked into.
