Reservation Executive (Resorts/Hotels)

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Optimize hotel and resort bookings through OTA channels. Manage rates, inventory, and promotions for maximum revenue. Forecast demand, analyze competitors, and align strategies with business goals. Cultivate strong OTA partnerships and negotiate favorable terms. Provide regular data-driven reports and recommendations. Conduct regular review management to enhance online reputation. Perform market rates analysis and implement necessary rate upgrades. Hands-on experience with at least one channel manager, Property Management System (PMS), and booking engine. Ensure fast and efficient conversion of bookings from OTAs like Booking.com, Expedia, etc. Maintain the rates calendar through professional discussions with property owners. Drafting mails of booking confirmations to property owners as well as customers in a very professional way. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Hospitality, or a related field. Proven revenue management experience in hospitality, with a focus on OTA optimization. Strong analytical and negotiation skills. Familiarity with revenue management systems and OTA platforms. Hands-on experience with channel managers, PMS, and booking engines. Results-driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
