Join us as a Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager - Product Development Your Main Responsibilities This is a key position to bridge the customer requirements towards the engineering and development team. In this context product manager will define, build, test, roll out and continuously improve high quality solutions for reliable and efficient connectivity of elevators and escalators. Product Development Multiple Project implementation of NI transformation products Align, coordinate, follow up and implement the projects with CFT with a target timeline Configuration Sales tool expertise: Continuous contact with NI management for upgrades Test and release the updates for the tool Report issues based on feedback from field for solutions Knowhow on the tool to resolved errors or queries from the field sales Handheld experience in SAP Communicate well and on time to the NI sales team for any changes, feedbacks, and new initiatives. Field Support Product issues from field to be addressed along with CFT and necessary support to be provided. Documentation to be maintained and communicated to the sales and fulfilment team for ease of operations Monthly reports on NI products based on reviews and feedbacks to be generated. This would help in long term monitoring and maintain quality. Sales And Pricing Strategy Business understanding and requirement for NI products based on which the calls can be taken for the implementation Generate Pricing strategy and support to RMs, BDMs and Sales force for best sell possible. Create strategy and plan w.r.t available NI products to enhance sales push Identify and implement new projects for NI sales/fulfilment with NI management based on feedback from field. Add and make available optional packages for NI sales to create a USP in field against competitors Marketing And Other Initiatives Create marketing campaign along with the marketing team by generating videos, brochures, pamphlets, offers etc… Active involvement in quality, CR, CCQL meetings for product improvement. Qualifications What you bring Further We Are Looking For The Following Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or equivalent. Exposure to product development throughout the whole development lifecycle will be beneficial. Good understanding of elevator technology. Understanding the modernisation technical requirements from MOD sales. Applying knowledge of elevator systems, electrical and mechanical components, and safety regulations to design and implement modernization solutions. Select the elevator components and pre-approved technical solutions while offering non-std. solutions. Identifying and resolving technical issues that may arise during the modernization order processing and installation. Strong understanding of elevator systems, electrical and mechanical components, and control systems. Evaluate and demonstrate technical feasibilities for offering technical solutions. Analyse codes, understand customer requirements, technology & process of manufacturing, methods of installation & maintenance. Understand Elevator System & perform system calculations. Use elevator calculation tool or any other equivalent tool for calculations. Perform hand calculations when desired. Responsible for quality, on time delivery, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of all project-related activities, know-how of document creation & storage as per ISO requirement.
