About the Role

We are looking for a curious and analytical Research & Analyst Intern who enjoys exploring ideas, solving problems, and turning information into practical solutions. You will conduct research, analyse data, study competitors, identify business opportunities, and support the team in making informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Research industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
• Collect and organize information from reliable sources.
• Analyse data to identify patterns, gaps, and opportunities.
• Use AI tools and online resources to improve research efficiency.
• Prepare research reports, summaries, and comparison sheets.
• Verify findings and ensure the accuracy of collected information.
• Support business planning and decision-making.
• Research potential improvements in business operations and growth.
• Implement assigned tasks based on research findings and feedback.
• Document findings and communicate progress to the team.
• Suggest practical solutions to improve business performance.

Tools

Depending on the project, you may work with:

• Research: Search engines, industry reports, and online resources
• AI Tools: AI-powered research and productivity tools
• Data Analysis: Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel
• Documentation: Reports, presentations, and comparison sheets
• Other: Business analytics tools and internal company systems

Requirements

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred.
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in research, analysis, and business operations.
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn new tools.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
