The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms. Role Overview - As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be the voice and vibe of Rerasa online. You’ll take the lead in creating a stylish, engaging, and trend-savvy social media presence that gets people talking, builds a loyal community, and drives sales. If you’re all about fashion, love staying ahead of trends, and know how to turn scrolls into clicks, this role’s for you. Key Responsibilities - · Lead end-to-end social media campaign planning, execution, and optimization across platforms. · 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles · Bring fresh ideas for Meta & Google campaigns – Creating engaging ads to ensure our content catches eyeballs and aids conversations. · Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and provide strategic insights to improve campaign effectiveness. · Work closely with designers and photographers to ensure visually compelling, high-quality content that aligns with Rerasa’s brand aesthetic. · Manage community engagement - responding to DMs, and comments, and building a loyal fashion-driven audience. · Write scroll-stopping copy for ads, newsletters, websites and social captions. Partner with design to turn campaigns into high-impact creative assets. · Strategize on paid and organic social media strategies, ensuring maximum ROI. · Act as the primary point of contact for collaborators, forging and managing relationships and expectations. Handling contracts and deliverables. · Collaborate with internal teams, including content, design, and performance marketing. · Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies. We’re looking for someone who - · Has 1-2 years of experience in social media (fashion or lifestyle brands are a plus) · Has an understanding of fashion, trends and is interested in how the fashion industry works. · Has strong knowledge of content creation, social media algorithms, and engagement strategies. · Has excellent copywriting skills · Has the ability to analyse data and translate insights into strategy. · Is passionate about building a fashion forward community of strong women online.
