Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Collection Executive/Manager located in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Collection Executive/Manager will be responsible for managing credit control and debt collection processes, communicating with clients, analyzing financial data, and ensuring timely recovery of payments. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring accounts, contacting customers for overdue payments, and coordinating with other departments to resolve outstanding issues.
