Rental Billing Executive SAP & Tally

Required Skills and Experience:

• Prepare and generate rental invoices as per rental agreements, purchase orders, and approved rates.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual rental billing.
• Maintain customer-wise rental billing schedules and contract details.
• Verify rental periods, billing rates, GST, and other applicable charges.
• Record rental invoices and accounting entries in SAP and Tally.
• Monitor outstanding payments and flag the reports.
• Prepare customer statements, outstanding reports, and rental revenue reports.
• Handle debit notes, credit notes, billing adjustments, and invoice corrections.
• Reconcile rental billing records with customer accounts and the general ledger.
• Coordinate with the sales, operations, and accounts teams for billing discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of rental agreements, invoices, and supporting records.
• Assist with GST reconciliation and month-end closing activities.

Required Skills

• Working knowledge of SAP and Tally Prime.
• Knowledge of rental billing, invoicing, and accounting procedures.
• Understanding of GST and applicable tax requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas and billing reports.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and payment follow-up.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
