The Tendering Manager will oversee and manage the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines. The role involves coordinating procurement activities, supporting sales efforts in analyzing client requirements, and collaborating with project management teams to develop competitive bids and proposals. Building and maintaining client relationships is also a key responsibility of this role. Qualifications Proficiency in Tender Management and Tender Preparation Experience in Procurement and Sales, focusing on the Aluminium Recycling and infrastructure sectors Competence in Project Management, with the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver competitive proposals Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field Additional experience in EPC or manufacturing sectors is highly advantageous Ability to work on-site in Odisha and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
