We are hiring "Renewals Manager" for our organization specialized into end-to-end Cyber Security, IT Infrastructure, OT Security, and Managed Services based at BKC, Mumbai !!!
Position: Executive / Senior Executive – Renewals PSG (Professional Services Group)
Experience: 3+ years
Department: Professional Services Group (PSG)
Reports to: [Manager / Senior Manager – Renewals PSG]
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process for assigned accounts across Managed Services, AMC, Professional Services, Cyber Security, Network Security, Cloud and IT Infrastructure contracts.
- Track contract expiry dates and start renewal discussions in good time.
- Engage with customer IT heads, procurement teams and decision-makers to secure on-time renewals.
- Prepare renewal proposals, quotations and commercial offers, and support negotiations and contract documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Technical Support, Finance and Legal teams to close renewals smoothly.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing accounts and pass them to the sales team.
- Flag churn risks and customer concerns early and escalate them to the manager.
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts, pipeline reports and MIS dashboards.
- Follow up on purchase orders, invoices and payment collection until closure.
- Keep CRM and renewal records accurate and up to date.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in renewals, AMC or subscription renewals, account management, or customer success in IT services.
- Good customer communication and relationship-handling skills.
- Commercial negotiation basics and understanding of contracts and quotations.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity, networking, cloud and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups).
- Good analytical, reporting and follow-up skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- An MBA is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in Renewals, Customer Success, Account Management or IT Service Delivery.
- Experience with enterprise customers and renewal quotations for IT services or infrastructure.
- Exposure to OEM or distributor environments is a plus.

- Renewal revenue achieved on assigned accounts
- Customer retention rate
- Contract renewal percentage and on-time renewal initiation
- Reduction in churn
- Upsell and cross-sell leads passed on
- Forecast accuracy
- Customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Collection and payment closure timelines
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
