About the job: Key responsibilities: 1. Own and manage the contract renewal cycle for an assigned portfolio of accounts 2. Engage with customers proactively to discuss contract terms, usage trends, and renewal timelines 3. Address customer concerns, negotiate renewal pricing, and provide alternative solutions to minimize churn 4. Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) with up-to-date renewal forecasts and customer communication logs 5. Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual renewal and retention targets 6.
