Responsibiliti Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting: Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure the accuracy of ledgers. Handle data entry, general ledger maintenance, and journal entries. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor bills and employee reimbursements. Generate customer invoices based on project progress and contract terms. Follow up on payments and maintain updated receivables records. Bank & Cash Management: Prepare and reconcile bank statements. Handle cash transactions, deposits, and petty cash accounts. Taxation & Compliance: Assist in preparation and filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and audit requirements. Project Support: Support finance team in tracking project costs, budgets, and inventory. Help allocate costs to appropriate projects or departments. Reporting: Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and summaries as required by management. Maintain financial documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
