Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist Immediate Joiner Experience - 8+ Years About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist with expertise in SQL, stored procedures, reporting tools, and modern data platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines, generating insightful reports, and providing actionable business intelligence to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data pipelines . Work with Google BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and transformations. Create and manage interactive dashboards and reports using Looker Studio . Integrate and analyze Stripe data for financial reporting and business insights. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom reports. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and security of data across systems. Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to maintain high performance and reliability. Provide actionable insights to support strategic and operational business decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in SQL development (queries, stored procedures, performance tuning). Strong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses. Proficiency in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) or other BI/reporting tools. Experience working with Stripe data payment platforms for analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate business requirements into data models and visual reports. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with ETL tools or data pipeline automation. Knowledge of financial and business reporting metrics . Familiarity with data governance and compliance best practices . Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or FinTech environments.
