We are now looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team and contribute to our continued growth in the US market. Position Overview: The Proposal Writer will play a crucial role in developing compelling, well-structured, and compliant proposals, bids, and RFP responses for US-based clients and government contracts. This role requires someone with strong business writing expertise, industry awareness, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: • Write, edit, and manage RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, proposals, and presentations for US Staffing opportunities. • Analyze bid requirements and develop tailored content that highlights Relig Global’s strengths, capabilities, and differentiators. • Collaborate with Sales, Recruitment, and Compliance teams to gather data, insights, and case studies for proposal content. • Maintain and update a centralized content library (capabilities statements, templates, past responses, certifications, etc.). • Ensure all proposals adhere to client requirements, brand voice, and submission deadlines. • Research clients, competitors, and industry trends to strengthen proposal narratives. • Track submission outcomes, feedback, and win rates to continuously enhance proposal effectiveness. • Prepare executive summaries, cover letters, and company profiles for client presentations and vendor registrations. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration. • 1–5 years of experience in proposal writing or business development within the US Staffing industry. • Strong knowledge of US staffing models, MSP/VMS processes, and client bidding systems. • Excellent written communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracy. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines. • Experience with federal/state RFPs and corporate bids will be an advantage. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of APMP best practices or proposal management certifications. • Familiarity with CRM and bid management tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce). • Understanding of pricing formats, SOW preparation, and compliance documentation.
