Role & responsibilities : Identify and develop new business opportunities for elevators, escalators, and AMC services. Visit potential clients, builders, architects, and contractors to present company offerings. Understand client requirements, conduct site surveys, and propose suitable solutions. Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and presentations to clients. Negotiate contracts and close sales within defined timelines. Maintain and update customer database, sales reports, and follow-up schedules. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets set by management. Coordinate with backend, technical, and service teams for smooth execution of projects. Build long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and AMC renewals. Stay updated on competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Preferred candidate profile Education : Any Graduate (Preferred: BBA, B.Com, or relevant field); MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus. Experience : 15 years in field sales, direct sales, or business development. Freshers with strong communication and selling skills can also apply. Industry Type : FMCG, Retail, Telecom, Insurance, EdTech, Healthcare, Consumer Durables, or relevant sectors. Role Type : Full-time, Field Sales / On-ground Sales Sales Experience: lead generation, customer acquisition, target-based selling. Language Proficiency : Local language fluency is mandatory; basic English/Hindi is preferred. Other Requirements : Must own a two-wheeler Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory Basic computer skills – MS Office Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
