Candidate will serve as point of contact between the CEO and subordinates. E.A should be mature and skillful in dealing with subordinates. E.A is expected to support the CEO in all functions in order to increase productivity and improve efficiency in the Company. Executive assistants is expected to perform more than administrative tasks. He is the CEO’s “right-hand person” who enables him to be more productive for the improvement and growth of the Company. He filters contacts and attends to the day-to-day functions to enable CEO to focus on the high-level leadership and strategy functions. He will also be in charge of MIS and reporting to Management. Roles and Responsibilities · Support the CEO, as well as the Executive team when needed to ensure that Company goals are accomplished and operations run efficiently · Manage communication between top management and employees, liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks. · Collect data/reports from all functions and present MIS to CEO. · Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the CEO’s priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are followed. Desired Candidate Profile: - Excellent written and verbal communication skill. - Proficient in computer working, Microsoft office and modern management tools. - Sincere, result oriented and meticulous in working. - Ability to get work done. - Strong time-management skills and ability to organize and manage multiple tasks at the same time. - Minimum two years experience in similar position.
Primary Responsibilities: 1. To check all quality parameters of incoming (Raw Material & Packing Material) and outgoing (Semi Embossed films/ Medical films/ Laminates) products. 2. To Ensure the conformity of products 3. Managing In-house and Outsourced Calibration Instruments 4. Handling of Customer complaints 5. Managing incoming material rejection and providing feedback on manufacturing defects to suppliers 6. Managing Internal and External (ISO and Customer) Audits/ Visits. 7. Supplier Evaluation, Assessment, and Approval and Audit reports. 8. Providing Training in Organization to all concerned persons on relevant subjects. 9. Developing CAPA system of nonconformities at process control 10. Managing Process control of Main line plant, Slitting and Packing & Dispatch. 11. Ensuring Work environment- Cleanliness of organization 12. Handling housekeeping staff and ensuring Factory operating conditions as per standard. 13. Issue of Certificate of Analysis and Release of Finished Goods 14. Preparation, review of Quality documents and specifications 15. Control of records and documents including control samples 16. Data Analysis of Rejection, wastage and Recovery of Slitting Process.
